We start by counting: long hanging, short hanging, folded stacks, shoes, bags and suitcases. The layout follows that count, so the finished closet fits your wardrobe rather than a standard module.

Getting the hanging-to-folding ratio right

Most closets fail because they have too much hanging rail and nowhere for folded clothes. We set the ratio from your own inventory and build drawers, shelves and rails to suit, with room left for the collection to grow.

Island, L-shape and galley layouts

The room's shape and door position decide the layout. A galley suits a narrow space, an L-shape uses a corner properly, and an island adds drawer storage and a packing surface when the floor area allows it.

Ventilation and humidity control in Thailand

Closed storage plus Thai humidity is how clothes acquire a smell. We design for airflow, specify ventilated backs where needed, and can integrate dehumidifying or extraction so garments stay fresh between wears.

Lighting that shows true colour

Choosing an outfit under a single warm bulb is guesswork. We plan neutral-temperature lighting at rail and shelf level, often sensor-triggered, so colours read correctly and the back of the closet is never in shadow.

Dressing zone and mirror placement

A walk-in works better with somewhere to stand and dress. We plan the mirror, seating and a clear floor zone into the layout from the start, instead of leaving them to be squeezed in later.

Finishes and door options

Open shelving, framed glass doors and solid fronts each change how the room feels and how much dusting it needs. We sample finishes against your bedroom scheme and explain the maintenance trade-off for each.

Hardware, rails and soft-close drawers

Rails sag and drawers stick when hardware is under-specified for the load. We size rails to the hanging weight and fit soft-close runners from brands we can still source spares for years after installation.

Section 10

Install and site coordination

Walk-in closets usually land alongside other trades. Our team coordinates with your contractor on sequencing, power for lighting and the fixing points we need, so installation does not hold up the rest of the project.

Your storage needs will change. We hand over with care guidance and our workmanship warranty, and we can return to add drawers, shelves or rails as the wardrobe grows.
