One Team From Drawing to Handover

Section 01

One Team From Drawing to Handover

Design, delivery and installation are run by one team rather than passed along a chain of subcontractors. That matters most at the joins, which is where kitchen projects usually go wrong: a dimension that changes between the drawing and the order, a finish specified by one company and bought by another, a fitter who was not there when the room was measured. Because the same people measure the room, draw it, order it and fit it, there is one point of contact throughout and one party responsible if something does not fit. When a wall turns out not to be square, nobody has to work out whose problem it is.

Renovation While You Are Still Living There

Most kitchens are replaced in a house that someone is still using, so the work is phased rather than done all at once. Work zones are dust-protected, the schedule is set out day by day before anything starts, and the sequence is planned so the disruption lands in a known window instead of an open-ended one. Knowing which day the old kitchen comes out and which day the worktop is templated is what makes the difference between an inconvenient fortnight and an unpredictable month.

What We Do

Section 04

What We Need From You to Start

A floor plan if you have one, or the room dimensions if you do not. Photographs of the space as it is now, including the walls where the services come in. Some idea of how the kitchen is used: how many people cook, how often you entertain, what has to be stored. If appliances have already been bought, the model numbers. None of it has to be complete, since the measure resolves the rest, but the more of it there is at the first conversation, the closer the first proposal will be.

How a Project Runs

Next step

Ready to start?

Send us the room dimensions or a floor plan and tell us what stage the project is at, whether it is a new build, a renovation or a replacement in a finished house. Tell us where the property is as well, because a villa on Koh Samui and a condominium in Pattaya run to different timetables. We will come back with what is possible in the space and what the process looks like from there.
