Section 02
Fitted by the People Who Build the Kitchens
The installers are trained on our own product line rather than subcontracted per job, which changes what happens when something on site is not as expected. A crew that knows how the carcase is built, how the hinge adjusts and what the panel is meant to do can solve a problem in the room instead of ringing the office. It also means one company is responsible for the result. Where the fitting is subcontracted, a fault at handover becomes a conversation between two firms rather than a repair.
Section 03
What Happens on Installation Day
Carcasses are set and levelled with a laser rather than by eye, then shimmed to true, because a run that is out by a few millimetres at one end shows in every door gap along it. Worktops are templated on site once the units are fixed, so the stone is cut to the room as built rather than to the drawing. Appliances are plumbed, wired and run before anyone leaves. Each stage is cleaned down as it finishes, which is what keeps the rest of the house usable while the work is going on.

03
Worktops templated on site after the units are fixed, for a gap-free fit
04
Appliances plumbed, wired and tested before the job is called finished
05
A walkthrough where we point out the details rather than waiting for you to find them
Ready to book the installation?
Tell us where the property is, which floor it is on and what the access is like, including the lift if there is one. We will map the delivery around the building's rules, confirm the dates, and tell you what has to be ready on site before the crew arrives.
