Kitchen Renovation Checklist for Homes in Thailand
From the first measurement to the final handover, use this checklist to plan a kitchen renovation in Thailand without costly surprises.

Before design
Measure the room, photograph every wall and note windows, doors, columns, water and drainage points and sockets. Check condo or village rules for working hours and noisy work.

During design
Agree the layout, then choose appliances, because their sizes shape the cabinets. Select worktop and fronts from samples seen in daylight in your own home.

Before installation
Finish walls, floors and ceilings, and move plumbing and electrics to their final positions. Book lifts, parking and access for delivery day.
Handover
Check every door, drawer and appliance, learn how to care for the worktop, and keep the warranty documents together.
Decide early, install once
Most delays come from late decisions. A clear checklist keeps your renovation on schedule.
“A good plan is the cheapest part of any kitchen.”
